The Eye for Photography
I have always been told that I have “the eye” for photography, and I often see a photographable moment before it happens. I love to photograph the natural world and those who inhabit it. I aim to show people their beauty in an organic and artistic way.
My biggest passion is shooting film, specializing in 35mm,120 (medium format), and instant film. The process of shooting film (and shooting manually) slows you down and really makes you think about each frame. I also really love to experiment with multiple exposures, and different types of film, including souped film and color-shifting film. My published book, The Purple Book, displays my work on LomoChrome Purple Film.
